Founded by Jason Rooper, a Chartered Civil Engineer by training, Jason has brought the professionalism that training brings to the role and is embedding that attention to detail mindset into the employees.
We also take time to ensure the options and costs are fully explained and considered prior to quoting so that our quote is entirely transparent about what the project specification and expectation will be.

2. We invest in our staff so that they are invested in the business
We are passionate about giving young people an opportunity to thrive with us. We have an employee who came through the government Kickstart scheme who now has a permanent position with us, and 2 apprentices who are both starting the Property Maintenance apprenticeship at Sheffield College this autumn.
All employees are considered partners and are paid a share of the profits. Our core values are very similar to the John Lewis organisation where we fundamentally believe in valuing our employees and try to provide roles and support that will enable them to thrive. 3. Our commitment to the environment
We are committed to reducing our environmental impact wherever we can. A major investment for us last December was purchasing a new van. As an electric van was beyond our reach we purchased this 1.5L Peugeot diesel van because intensive research found it to be the cleanest van in its class as independently tested by airindex.com
We are also committed to finding ways to reduce our non essential mileage and in further reducing our emissions in doing so. We were able to combine the Christmas works do with picking up the van from Norfolk.
